INADEQUATE SERVICE FROM PEPS ST JOHNS PINETOWN

I have now called twice at Pep St Johns, Pinetown. First time they did not have the smaller bag, only the larger one. So I was forced to buy the larger bag for a very small parcel.

Tonight we go once again to the same Pep offices and NO BAGS do they have.

If Paxi / Pep want to grow their courier business, why not ensure that the branches have enough bags to service the branches? I was told by the Pep Cashier that Paxi does not deliver enough bags and sometimes they have to wait days for the bags.

I know this is cheap courier services, but if you are out there providing a service, then stick to your motto. SERVICE THE PUBLIC, instead of irritating us by causing us to go to PEP branches that NEVER have what you looking for, or Cancel the service, better still. I am quite irate because I was told they might have bags tomorrow, but its not a guarantee. Cashier Dude, I wonder if your salary is a guarantee at the end of the month?
