I am very angry with the customer service I was given by the manager at your pep store in lenasia I came to terminate a laybye before my termination date and was told they are unable to assist me telling me I should come get it done in the termination date. I want my money back right now and this manager be dealt with accordingly as the slip says what it says and they are giving me attitude about what's mine.
