In the front of the queue for over 20 minutes

After standing in a long queue at pep store for over half an hour, I get to the front of the queue and we are left standing there for 20 minutes while tellers argue about someone's lay bye that's been misplaced. Service in this store is pathetic!!!! Pep trade route mall.
