Hi, I am not happy at all with the customer service of Pep , especially Home,Clothing and Cell Phone...this been happening for months but I been Trying not to report but Now I m Tired is like we are forcing them to help us, when u ask them something is like they don't wanna answer u, I was there to pay my Account I left because of the que 1 cashier, the cashier don't even car to call for another 1 en by that time am at work , I went to the next 1 the same service, pep staff really need to change their customer service I like Pep but they make Me to think twice...PROTEA GLEN SOWETO PEP HOME,CELL
