I'm so disappointed I visited pep springs mall to make bill payments, I was alone on the queue on the tills there was no one after three minutes i just heard "next" I then went to the cashier by the name of lindiwe I said I'm here to pay a bill I then explained which ,she then shouted "it is pay@ or easypay I said to her is pay@ she asked again i responded I then call the numbers, after I said to her hopefully my daily limit won't disappoint me she then call next on the queue without asking to try I then said lets try it went thru, while done still printing the receipt she already called next. First she doesn't greet the customer, No customer service at all, I will rate zero on her customer service skills, may she get training again on customer service.
