Im not happy with their Customer service

Hello peter kindly help me ,i bought a phone worth R3300 A12 on the 3rd of March 2021 at Pep Cell at Bluff ,in Durban, nd now it faulty it not even a month i and today i went there to ask them to take it to Technicians to check it whay went wrong as they promised ...i bought this phone but the Branch Manager resist to take it to Technician ,she just look at it and says it Physical damage without even taking it to Technicians to check it ,she just made a final decision there immediately So my concern is why she resist to even take it to Technicians ?she just shouted at me -and gave an attitude nd says she wont help me her name is Divya Raj Gopoul also known as Dj.
