Im not happy at all about the treatment and service I got from the worker and the management of Pep home at south gate mall 😒

Im still asking myself what comes to the management of Pep home at south gate mall ,they see a customers pocket router ,they know the story that its kept there because one of the worker by the name of Mpho refused to give it back to me when she saw that im escalating the matter after she undermined and disrespected infront of other customers. Its 2 months now they sitting with my slip and the router that I paid cash for. Worse the Area manager himself knows the story and admitted that his employer was the one at guilt. But no they dont care about my feelings and how I was treated because if they cared I would have received a call since he said he will call me back to resolve my matter .
