ill treated by the manager sibusiso at the pepstores in bree and cnr harrison street

I visited the pep stores branch in bree and cnr simmons street on firday the 1st February 2019 to exchange a pair of takkies and and dungaree I bought two weeks ago upon my arrival I spoke to the cashier I told her I bought the items cash and would like to exchange it for a bigger size before I could even elaborate any further she pulls her face and says we don't exchange without a slip is this how customers are treated which is a disgrace , I got ****** my purse was ****** where I keep my slips but irrespective the consumers act allows a customer to exchange the product that was purchased . I was so disappointed when the manager came his attitude was just as bad as the cashier his name is Sibusiso he pulled his face as he was approaching me and says whatever the cashier told me that is the final verdict where is his managerial s****s I should be valued as a customer not ill-treated and belittled in front of clients . I asked him when did they change that a customer can exchange without a slip he says a month or two is he not thumb sucking and why is it not on display that when a customer purchase goods that they will not be able to exchange without a slip so we can decide if we would still like to support or purchase goods there. I really received bad service and yet I'm a regular customer at ypur store
