i wont take this anymore do something fast

I was at your pep home store in Protea Glen mall on friday and im not happy at all as it was the first. I, myself im in the customer service industry. The lady by the name of sphe left her till to answer her call phone, she then returned to tell that the systems was offline. I then i asked her to please tried check if its back online. She gave me this ugly look and said "the systems have been offline the whole" i ask for management and she just looked at me. I walked around the store to for someone to call management then this other land point to her, i left without buying the photo fames and paying. She laughed as i walked out. Everytime i come into this store they online and never try to help
