I WILL NEVER USE PAXI OR EVEN RECOMMEND IT TO ME NETWORK EVER AGAIN

Pep/Paxi i need my parcel guys ,i've been calling your contact Centre with no help,i have never received the sms with the pin to collect my parcel from Pep,due to your own Technical issues,i went to the Pep Store in Claremont to check (P7378) PEP CT CLAREMONT DREYER STREET,the lady who i don't know if she is the manager or what of the store said unfortunately they cannot help me since their lines are not working to call Paxi,i need my parcel asap,i am gatvol of taking my lunch time go stand in ques and being told i cant be assisted yet Pep/Paxi never send me the sms with pin,its been a full month now a parcel i was supposed to collect on the 8th of August 2025
