I went to Pep on Sunday it was my birthday, my boyfriend put money for me at Pep , when I got at Pep I stood in the queue, when I got to the cashier she said she doesn't have money I must go to the Atm, i asked her to ask the others because the Atm was not working, I asked that are all the till dont have money the amount of R150 they said no and then they made me stand on the side whiles they kept talking amoungst themselves and laughing because I speaking to my sister on the phone telling her that they can't help me with R150 I'm going to report them the one that was helping me became rude when I asked her a question she didn't answer she kept looking down and hitting the keyboard. I went outside embarrassed and went to another center to draw. They gave me a very bad service I'm not going to go back and i won't recommend it to my friends.
