I went to PEP home in Protea Glen and the service was pathetic

Only two tills were opened and the queue was long. I asked if they could open other tills, the cashier who they referred to as a manager just laughed at me and said the tills were not working...I was very annoyed because the shop was full and nobody explained the challenges with their tills.
