I went to Pep Cell Lakeside Mall on the 22/11/2019 to pay my DSTV I was assisted by Lerato who told me that they are offline, what is surprising is that whenever they hear DSTV they are off line ,they advertise it that you can pay there but they refuse to accept DSTV payments. AND THAT WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT IS WHY I FEEL THE NEED TO COMPLAIN
