I went there to do exchange and the manager Zinhle she had an extremely attitude towards my case,I only requested for an exchange and I had a slip but not a barcode and it was bought as is in other branch ,I took it on the shelf without a code and the cashier made a manual code ,and it was the only size that I wanted on the shelf. The lady said they can't help me because it there is no code, and she said it look like it was used ,while it was the one and only size into the shelf ,what was the expectation for her as I told that the actual size I board was the last on the shelf everyone was trying for it??
