I was turned back at pep cell store(no Capfin here)

Good day people. I went to Birches Mall, Tembisa, Johannesburg Gauteng. In side mall , there is pep cell. I went in at pep cell store to apply to capfin loan. A lady called by Cleo told me that we don't do capfin here go to Ackermans, I said to her on TV they advise both stores that we can get help. She said to me go were see your capfin not here..on my way out I met other lady who works at the same store and she said we do capfin come I will help you. I am. Very disappointed and I am not sure if Capfin knew about it, or Capfin loan at pep cell is not allowed .. the woman called Cleo , I am not sure if she is a complaints officer or supervisor at PEP cell store birches Mall. She, Cleo is turning people back she said capfin is done at Ackermans store only , two people infront of me they never get help... Capfin please help us , we don't know if Capfin is not allowed at pep cell store, birches Mall, Tembisa ..help please
