I was manhandled by a security at pep stores verulam

I went to pep stores in verulam to do a direct exchange on sweat pants/joggers that my boyfriend bought for me in pavilion mall The lady that helped me was very rude her name was Lindi if I’m not mistaken, she told me I can’t do a direct size exchange since I didn’t have a receipt Then went on left me standing Tried to talk to her from across the counter but she started having a conversation with her colleagues I then took out my phone and recording everything that was transpiring She call the security to throw me out The security guy literally man handled me He was roughly pulling me like I’m a ******** I was hurt and shocked because no social distancing was practiced the guy was in my face We were basically breathing the same air which is completely wrong
