I was humiliated by the rude store manager

I went to pep store in steiloop on friday the 6/03/2015 to buy exam pads and memory sticks and i also took bar one chocolate and when i get to the tills i wanted to pay with my card and the teller told me there swiping machines are not working and the staff i bought was about R100.93 however in my purse i had R100.00 and i asked the teller to cancel the chocolate and the guy called the manager by the name of Nakedi to void the chocolate and when she came she shouted me telling me how come i take lots of things knowing that i don't have money to pay, also she said i was wasting her time and when i was explaining what happened she left me and closed the door. People in the shop was telling me that she is rude and she insults people and they are all scared of her even the Pep staff are scared of her. she is very very rude she doesn't have respect for clients and because she is a manager people don't know where to report her. That wILL be the last day i set my foot in Pep store
