I was given the wrong product on 31 August 2025

Lindokuhle the cashier at Vosloorus PEP Cell sold to me a R60 MTN data instead of minutes after she double checked with me if wanted the minutes. I was buying for an old man and the man realised after he has loaded those two vouchers that I brought the wrong product. When I went back today on 01 September, she just said she is sorry without and the is number she could do since the vouchers have been loaded. I want find find out from PEP if there is not policy to deal with such mistakes in the business.
