I was forced to buy a 100 bag for Paxi bag on the 15 July 2023 as I wanted to send a fleece blanket to Free State, I was notified it will take 3 to 5 working days. I have been tracking the parcel since then. The parcel has been at Harrismith since the 18th till todate. I called the call centre only to be told the parcel will take 7 to 9 working days. Please sell the truth to the customers. I'm not using Pep home ever again. Poor service
