I was embarrassed today at PEP home Festival mall

I was denied to send a parcel using PAXI after I have paid for the parcel plastic at PEP Home Festival mall because I have my driver's licence instead of a ID book. But it was not my first time sending a parcel using my driver's license at the same shop. The teller was rude and the manager was also there defending the teller. They said by law is not allowed. Which law? The teller then destroy the parcel plastic and refund my money and send me away. The funny think is that I went to the nearest PEP Cell they allowed me to send a parcel there and even show me an option of using using driver's license to send from the system and even told me that those tellers from PEP home festival mall they don't like to assist people to send parcel using PAXI. I was so disturbed because all other PEP stores they never give me a problem to send and receive using driver's as a form of Identificaion. I hope PEP and PAXI will do something about this matter urgently and send apologies back to me as am still disturbed.
