I was at Pep Belhar ...

I was at Pep Belhar this morning and I was devistad I just lost my brother and went to Pep to buy slippers for my dad because he have to go to hospital aswell I was confused of the news that I got I forgot my phone at home I purchased item when I got to the till the lady asked me to check the OTP number on my phone but I did not have my phone at the moment I went home to fetch my phone I got there and the doors was closed after I already stood in a long line and the close at 1 I was there at 12:59 the lady refused to open the door for me and she was rude given the circumstances she did not show empathy at all and told me I can go report her I felt like crying
