I want my router nd power bank fixed or replaced

I bought wifi router last year November now router can't turn on since March I reached to pep on Facebook inbox they said they can't help since I only have a box but no slip. I bought power bank early March I used for 1 2 weeks then charging pin was broken.i still have a box no slip they said it's a personal damage it's not their fault so I don't know what I must do cos I really feel pep is failing me
