I want my refund

Took my parcel to pep to send my parcel to be delivered by paxi, they received my parcel and I was sent an sms that my goods wher received and will be delivered 7-9 working days Today i received a call that they can't deliver my parcel Coz its over packed I should come and collect it.. I just want my refund.. Please help
