I WANT MY PHONE BACK!!!!

I bought a phone a PEP CELL and a few months later I had to return it due to it being damaged. I took it back about five months ago and I have been going back and forth wanting them to refund me if they cannot fix it.<br> The manager has promised me so many times to have my phone ready and when I get there he would tell me to come back another time!!!! <br> I am so ****ed off with their pathetic broken service! The manager said he would refund me seeing that they cannot fix that phone and he will call me to come and collect my funds, I am still waiting till today!!!<br> SOMEBODY PLAESE GIVE ME MY PHONE BACK OR MY MONEY! SSMHH<br>
