I want my money refunded

#Pep how can you take our money and then refuse exchanges on small sized clothes for children. I was told today that no exchanges are excepted and I need to wait till level 1 lockdown. I am not in a financial position to just spend money left, right and centre to get bigger sized clothes for my children. By the time level 1 starts, winter will be over. Where is the common sence in the matter? Very upset with the fact that R1000 worth of clothes are waisted. No visible notices in sight on Friday 1 May 2020 regarding this matter
