I Want my money back i am not Satisfy with Pep Cell Highveld Customer Service

Good day

I bought a Samsung AC13 phone on 30/05/2022 by Pep Cell Highveld Mall Shop 226 CNR N4 & Mandela str The Manager name is Siyanda Sales Consultant name is Gugu

Before i bought the phone,i ask Gugu if i can buy this phn and make calls and emails.She response to me that i can use it for calls.I then buy the phone but she ask for my ID first and i didnt have my ID on me.She said dont wory ill make a plan and she ask one of the customers ID in store to assists her with a ID so that i can buy the phone,then i realise something that something is wrong here.Why didnt she sent me home to go fetch my own ID and buy the phone with my own ID,but she insists to to help me with someone ones else ID.Thats where i realise that Gugu just wants to make a sale.

Anyway i pay for the phone and put my own sim card in.After i put my sim in the phone then i realise that this phone is to slow for me and when i receive calls it freezers.So i tell Gugu that im not satisfy with this phone and Gugu responded like we not here to satisfy you.I said wow that was a answer.,we argued for hours in the store.So i ask her what must i do if i am not happy with this phone,she said again we not here to make you happy.I said ok i am gonna lay a complain on you and she said she's not scared of anyone.

I even call Pep cell customer,the number on the slip wich is ***.ai explain them my problem,the customer care people said they cant do nothing if the Manager dont want to.

So me and the Manager(Siyanda) spoke and he also refuse to give me my money back.He says they dont return phones,but i said to him but i am still in the store,i didn't leave the store with the phone yet remember and Siyanda said i dont care you already paid for the phone and i said i didnt know i am paying for the phone that i cnt use it for my needs.What is the reason of buying a phone if its not working the way you want it to work.

What i ask from you guys to please assist me with a diifferent phone so that i can be able to make and receive calls without any complaint.This phone even freeze when i receive a call or want to make a call.This phone will get me kill please help me here i am crying.

I want my money back or a phone that i can use without freezing when i want to make calls or receive calls please.

If not i think i must take this matter with my lawyers because Gugu and Siyanda was so full of confidence when i told dem i am gonna lay a complain on you as they know that Pep Cell Customer care wont take my matter seriously.I could of tell that here i am not gonna win because it seems like they know that Pep Cell dont care about they customer's.
