I want my money!!

My dad sent me money on Friday the 19th, I went to withdraw it at Checkers the next day and they said it has already been withdrawn. They cannot trace the person who did. I'm not the first person who's had this happen, and it seems pep is doing nothing to upgrade security systems. I want my money back!!
