I purchased a cell phone from pep stores in February 2022

I purchased a cell phone from pep stores in February 2022. The phone when charged after 15 minutes gets flat. I returned the phone on the 3rd April 2022 for repairs. After that I never heard from pep stores and i kept on going there to check. Every time I went there it was the same story the phone is not back from repairs.On the 19 May 2022 I went back to the store and i told them that I want my refund and they refunded my money. Pep stores is not good in their service.
