I need my money back

I diposited R400 to a friend who was not able to get the money as she lost her phone in 2017,in 2019 I met the friend and ask her to pay me back, she told me she never get the money, fortunately I still had the massage, I tried withdrawal but it denied and I went to the nearest pep store they confirmed the money is still available I should claim it, I have benn claiming with no luck
