I made a laybye in March where they have said to me it takes 3 months to pay, where l thought 3 will be now in June and l check its only in July Then last week Sunday l decide let me go and get the laybye, then to my surprise they have taken all my clothes to the floor, which l found very very unfair Then you ask what happened, they the answer you get is you didn't make payment, 🤔 but this is VALID till July The thing that l don't get is why do you have a laybye system and then treat people like that, not even a call prior to the laybye taken out 🙄 now they say you have to make payment every month which l don't have a problem with but the issue that concerns me is they say payment MUST be made at the store that you made the laybye, now this was in Temba and most of the time lm in Rustenburg so how are we going to deal with that, because l made a laybye there l must go there all the time to make payment but where l am there is +-6 PEP stores why can't l make payment there and keep my slip then show it when l go and get the laybye I was promised that on Monday l will get a call from the head office, I'm really disappointed by the way this was handled, may l kindly be contacted about this
