I lost my hearing as l explain the store manager never help me

I have lost my hearing site, I walked in Pep store 4821 Thohoyandou 29/12/2021 to buy some Bluetooth earphones as l trust pep with their competetive price in quality products.l didn't know l was about to destroy my hearing and have endless headache:l bought white Rockitt jet wireless earphones for R149,was happy as l wanted to use them for jogging -l connected them to play a bit of music within 5minutes l had my inside left ear drum painful the earphones had a squicky sound and l then walked back to the store l was assisted by a lady named Samantha as l raise my problem l had to explain for 20minutes l asked them to refund me as l now have an ear problem which was caused by the earphones that means l can wear them for more than 10minutes my ears might get worse and she transferred me to the next person to explain until l was transferred to the manager l then explain again and again as my ear is getting worse l now feel crazy and stupid then the manager gave me a middle finger and l walked out of the store as l got home my ear is worse than ever l can clearly and l now have endless headache as l wait to consult with the doctor l have lost my ear site.
