I just recently bought a cellphone at pepcell however once i charge the phone , I use it and starts heating up even if I only use the phone for 5 minutes (I never had multiple apps running at a time and my previous phones never had this issue )

I just recently bought a cellphone at pepcell however once i charge the phone , I use it and starts heating up even if I only use the phone for 5 minutes (I never had multiple apps running at a time and my previous phones never had this issue ). I went to pepcell 4 days after I bought the phone (within the 7-day return policy) and when I told them the issue they took the phone and charged it without telling me at the very least how long it would take . I stood there for over an hour and they told me it was to see if the phone would overheat once it has completed charging . Once they took the phone out , the felt it and said it was perfectly fine and that I would not be recieving a refund . Three minutes after leaving the store the phone starts heating up , I had not even used it . The phone clearly has an issue but the employees clearly weren't having it so I left . This happened 10 minutes ago , all I want is my money back , all else is in the package . Very dissappointed .
