I have been trying to help an impoverished Mr Beqezi from a rural place in Bizana, Eastern Cape to get his money back that was ****** during a Pep Cash send transaction. The incident occurred on 19 August 2021 in Cofimvaba when people he meant to send to never got the cash. Instead his money was withdrawn from a nearby Absa atm within 50 minutes after he deposited, by someone he doesn't know. He has opened a police case but Pep head office and press office keeps sending him up and down, promising to refund him but still, he has not got his money back. No amount of emails from me or phone calls have helped. Mr Beqezi would like Pep to pay him back his money as it's no longer safe to send money through this store. #Pep #ABSABANK #Absa
