I have account with Pep and the account is paid up

I have account with Pep and the account is paid up. The account was used on 29 April 2025 and the person used the credit on the same day on different Pep stores in Pretoria while my card and ID is with me. Here's the challenge. When ever I do purchase at Pep they ask for ID and Pep card. I haven't received any progress on the investigation as they promised. I'm sitting with a 15k debt that I have done. I concluded that this is an internal *****ulent activities as they managed to Change my contacts details without me knowing abs allowing purchases without doing verification. 😤 Please help by publishing and publicise this.
