I HATE PEP, WITH ITS STUPID STAFF!!!!!!!!!

I went to PEP to buy my son headphones with mic that are PS 4 compatible, I ask a guy working there if I could see the headphones as there were behind the glass, he said NO you can't, you can see them well from this side, Asked him is if they are PS 4 compatible and he said YES, told him that I want them and he said I must join the que the cashier will give them to me when I am next on the line. I bought the headphones. When I get home my son is so excited he tears the box apart and takes out his headphones tries to pair his headphone to PS 4 and IT IS NOT COMPATIBLE!!!!!!!!! LIKE WHAT THE HELL!!!!!!! I WANTED TO SEE THE HEADPHONES MYSELF AND HE SAID NO!!!! ASKED HIM A DIRECT QUESTION " ARE THEY PS 4 COMPATIBLE"? AND HE SAID YES. WHY WOULD HE SAY YES WHEN CLEARLY HE DOES NOT KNOW, HE COULD HAVE ASKED ANYONE ELSE IN THE STORE IF HE WAS NOT SURE. NOW WE ARE STUCK WITH HEADPHONES THAT WE DON'T WANT, THAT WE DID NOT HAVE TO BUY AT THE FIRST PLACE. I CAN'T EVEN TAKE THEM BACK THE BOX IS RIPPED APART. I AM FURIOUS!!!!!!! WORSE I DO NOT HAVE MONEY TO BUY ANOTHER ONE!!!!!!! NO THAT WAS NOTHING COMPARED TO HIS FACE WHEN HE SAW THAT IT WAS NOT COMPATIBLE.
