I got the to buy a phone,I chose the phone I wanted only to find out that the phone was out of stock and they have given me a phone that was on the displacement already opened and now the phone no longer working so I saw the warranty it says one year I only have it for Three months.they took the phone have it for Three weeks when I got the they say they can't fix the phone I have damaged it, so they can't change they given a phone without fixed,I tried there help line contact them they tried to help but the manager throw the phone away and got out of the shop worsted my airtime and the assistant said if they can't talk to me I can't help you,so I hate pep with all of my heart never go to the shop again
