I demand a full refund

Good day, I'm one unhappy customer. I bought a folding table online and chose click & collect option. Picked up the item yesterday but was defective and I returned it for an exchange. Since this was not a Pep Home, I was advised to request a full refund and order again. I got refunded the money for the item and was told delivery fee is not included on the refund. Why because I don't have the item I bought with my hard earned money? Whi delivered a defective item? Me or you? I demand that delivery, I'm not gonna pay another delivery fee for the new order
