I cannot make a payment on my PEP funeral policy!!!!!!!

Hi my name is J.D de bruin ten years ago i opened a funeral policy at pep. I have never missed a payment until now . I went to pep as normal to pay my policy and they told me that i cant pay by them anymore and that im supposed to get a ref nr via sms which only then i could make a payment . I have called numerous numbers but to no avail i have spent and are still spending hundreds of rands on airtime just to get hold of these guys. Im not sure what they trying to do cause im definitely not gna leave them like that . If there is some one who could assist me in this matter wether lawfully or otherwise or give me contactable contacts i would really appreciate that assistance my contact nr is as follows: *** .
