I buy sensor beams from marketplace and and this gentleman paxi them and send me tracking number. I did track them and find out they arrived to my destination. The challenge is the sender didn't send the pin for collection and I can't get hold of him. I tried him several times but no luck. I called paxi tried to explain to them , verified information about the parcel it's corresponding but they keep sending pin to sender. They said they are going to send the parcel back back and if the sender didn't collect they are going to destroy it. My question is what if something happened to the sender because we're living in the Covid 19 pandemic. It's not that the parcel is not claimed but I don't have the pin to collect. I can prove without doubt and I do have conversations between the sender and myself to prove that I'm not cheating because he is the one who sent me tracking number. Why pep paxi don't have exceptions like that because I can screenshot everything to prove to them that this parcel belongs to me. I'm failing to understand their system. Why they're going to destroy my parcel whereas I'm here with all the proof except the pin. This is bad service because they suppose to treat each case with it's merits
