I brought Nokia 105 ,and brought it back to the shop I haven't received it back.

I brought Nokia 105 at the beginning of March 2025 then it didn't even take 2 to 3 weeks working well, it had a problem of battery then I took it back they same month and explain the problem they said they can't refund or exchange it is more that 10days without been brought back to the shops, it must be taken to repair" Then they took it , along with the box and everything that comes with a phone and gave me a slip that whenever they phone is back it will be a evidence that I brought the phone back ..Even today I haven't received any call from them to come fetch it , and when I go to check up on it they always tell me the phone Is not back yet , we will call u when is back .Even now is 28 may 2025 I didn't receive a call or went there and come back with the cellphone..
