I bought Vodacom data on 30 of April at Pep west street in Durban and I was served by a lady called Dah.as I was about to leave the shop, I noticed that the lady sold me wassap data instead of normal data. I went back to the lady n she said she thought it was wassap data. Asked for refund and she said I will get it as soon as wassap data is sold because it’s non refundable. Today is the third day since the incident and am still not refunded.i even spoke to the supervisor by the name Lee and she didnt help either.
