I bought a Mobi cellphone on the way 18th of August 2021 in Pepcell Centurion Mall. From day 1 it was too slow on internet connection and the 2nd simcard slot is not working and i let it sly and recently more than once it doesn't recognize that it has both simcards at all i have to reboot it from time to time and today I went back to Pepcell and I was told it's going to take 4 full weeks before I get it back. I'm a small business owner, I run my business using my cellphone how am I going to make money if I don't have my phone. If that's thier SLA it's pathetic thier turn around time needs to change.
