I bought a minto fox for R399 at Pep stores in roodepoort

The phone was booked for repairs mind you it hardly 2 moths. It's still a brand new phone. I have been in contact with mtn repairs in Cape Town. They receive it on the 5th Dec. I called them again on the 8th and I was told the phone is been dispatched unrepaired as there was no POP. I went to Pep store in Roodepoort spoke to the manager which I even came with the solution on how to resolve the issue. I even used my cellphone to call mtn requesting the email address were the POP should be emailed. I had to wait 2 hrs 30mins for them looking for anew Internet Cafe. I ask the manager who was not a even worried and she said there was nothing she could do as they have to find a working Internet Cafe. As if it was my fault. I left everything with themy my booking and POP receipt. Even when I toldo her I was leaving she was not worried she just said " Leave you number" I am so passed I want my money back.
