I am very disgusted by PEP Home Newtown Junction and PEP as a whole

On the 24th of December 2023, the time was between 10:00am - 11:00am I bought 2 Samsung Galaxy AO4s phones at PEP Home Newtown Junction and the 2 phones were the last ones as one of them was even taken from the display, I bought these phones cash and I used my ID for Rica, In May the other phone was locked and the message appearing on screen was that it was reported ******. I went back to PEP and they requested the slip or the box of the phone but unfortunately I no longer have them, they then said they will call pep cell and they spoke to the lady by the name of Helen and she was on speaker then she said that customer must just tell you where she got the phone because there is nothing we can do. I then went back home to search more for the box or the slip but no luck. I went back yesterday the 5th of July 2024 because I can't let my money go down to the drain I mean incidents do happen like houses burn down so what happens to situations like that? I asked for a print out of my slip still they refused, also when I bought those phone at PEP they also record on a book manually why can't they go back to those records? to top it all off the store manager by the name of Princess was so rude and did not want to even assist me all she could do was talking over me busy saying I must log a complaint with customer care and when i asked for the numbers she just left me there and said I will get them from the cashier who was busy assisting other customers and I had to wait there like a fool. I don't know what PEP saw in Princess to even put her as a manager but she can't work with customers.
