I am very disappointed with the service I received at Pep Cell Vosloorus in Chris Hani Mall. I bought a phone from the store on Friday, and within just a few days it started performing extremely slowly. When I went back to the store to explain the issue and request assistance, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior from the manager, Lindo.
Instead of helping me or even listening properly, she spoke to me disrespectfully and denied me my rights as stated on the receipt — that I am eligible for an exchange or refund within the given period. As a paying customer, I expected fair treatment and understanding, but I was treated with complete disregard and attitude.
It’s very disappointing to see such poor customer service from a manager who should be setting an example. I hope Pep management looks into this matter seriously and ensures customers are treated with respect and fairness in the future.
