I am not happy with Pep cell Carlton centre

I had a horrible experience at Pep cell Carlton centre Joburg, the cashiers were very rude, I received an sms saying my parcel has arrived, then I went there they were very rude to us n told me there parcel is not there, while It'd been delivered on the system
