Phone was blocked by PhoneYam on 29 May 2026. On 29 May we went to store with receipt. Staff said leave it for 3 months "repair" or pay an internet cafe to unblock. Manager Jackson said phones may have been "swapped". We kept the phone. IMEI on box ≠ IMEI on phone. Request: Full investigation, refund OR replacement with new unblocked phone in my mom's name. Confirm my mom is not liable for PhoneYam debt.
