Humiliation

I went to Pep stores Balfour park on the 25/11/17 to buy bedding with my sister after our house burnt down on the 10/11/17. The store manager Laura came out running after us in the parking lot asking if we had taken a bed sheet and also searched my bag and when we asked her why she did so she didnt give a clear explanation but told us they don't have a guard by the entrance to search people living the store. I feel so humiliated and disrespected. I want to get a formal apology not from Laura's boss but from Pep directly!!!!!
