Huawei Y220 phones wrongly advertised and faulty

I bought my wife and each a Huawei Y220 android phones and they were advertised as 512Mb RAM in-store on the shelf. In the settings it states 220Mb RAM. <br> <br> I took the one back as it had a line of dead pixels across the entire screen. Got it replaced BUT you go to Internet Explorer and it freezes or crashes. PlayStore wont work, downloads cant work, everything on these phones is utter *******. I feel like doing the world a favour and burning these pieces of junk. Want a full refund in cash. These things are 2 days old
