Huawei Mobile Wifi E5330

I bought a Huawei Mobile Wifi E5330 with 100 mb per month for a year with Telkom on July 17 2015 from Pep Cell in Welkom. I am still waiting for the first 100mb to be loaded om my simcard. Been phoning the store almost every second day, with the same reply the have not fixed it yet. Even the area manager is doing nothing. How long do I still have to wait. Been phoning Pepcell Customer service and all you get is free music.<br> <br> Please Assist<br> <br> Thanks
